Title:
WELDING WIRE WOUND BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6317777
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make curvature on a flange surface, intrusion and kink of winding, etc., preventable, by pinching and fixing a constraint member made to be projected into a winding layer orthogonally from the flange surface with the winding under pressure, and having the root side unitized or engaged with a flange.

CONSTITUTION: A pair of flange members F are fitted in a dividable winding jig so as to be opposed so each other, and a wire W is wound in pile so as to come into contact with a winding barrel B of the winding jig T and the flange part F, and when a constraint member K is thrust in a winding layer with a push member P at a proper position, the constraint member K is held between laminated wires with pressure and fixed. Inconsequence, pressing force owing to a wedge effect of the laminated wires acts on the flange member F, whereby even if it is made so as to be curved outward, such a possibility that the constraint member K is slipped out is not caused because this constraint member K unitized with the flange member F as one body is forcedly pinched and fixed inside the winding layer, thus any curvature in the flange member F is prevented from occurring. Accordingly, intrusion of the upper layer wire into the lower one is kept back without entailing any slackness in the laminated state of the wire so that trouble such as kink or entanglement or the like is preventable.
