Abstract:
To provide a side table that enables elderly people to integrally store equipment where the health care and life are made convenient and easy to an extent being possible by oneself, and thereby promote improvement of the life.SOLUTION: A side table has a drain outlet, and a drainage tray to be used also as a drawer-type disposal bin and is incorporated under the drain outlet. Furthermore, an auxiliary bar for facilitating elderly people to rise up is installed on the table at a position lower than a user's heart. Three drawers are installed in the side table, in which health maintenance and disaster prevention necessities can be stored. Further, a handle of an uppermost drawer has width allowing the handle to be used as a towel rod. A side table device is made by integrally collecting functions capable of being freely used as the side table conformed to purposes desired by a user. Stored items and articles to be used are considered so as to be freely selected by the user, and thereby it can be used as a necessity of the aging society.
