Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely utilize a used tire.
SOLUTION: This wet rubber powder consists of 66-77% used tire pulverized as a whole into 18-30mesh, 15-22% recovered plastic pulverized into 18-30mesh and 8-12% solution of an acid (12-50%) selected from lactic acid, phosphoric acid or formic acid and toluene or methyl ethyl keton (50-88%) and is used as a raw material for producing a product, which is applied for industrial use such as building, automobile accessory, boots as substitutes of wood, a zinc plate, a fiber cement, a plastic or other solid or semi-solid articles.
