Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the wet tissue, the non-woven fabric, etc., of which are not affected by the influence of acidic water.
CONSTITUTION: A tissue housing part 1 for housing the tissue 2, such as non- woven fabric or cloth and an acidic water housing part 3 for housing the acidic water 4 are independently connected and a openable and closable communicating means 9 for passing the acidic water 4 to the tissue housing part 1 is provided between these housing parts 1 and 3.
