PURPOSE: To enable the supply of lubricating liquid to friction plates from the inner peripheral side even in a multiple disk clutch constructed in such a way that an operating liquid passage to a cancel chamber is used in common as a lubricating liquid passage to the friction plates.

CONSTITUTION: A clutch pack 23 is disposed in such a way as to surround a cancel chamber 27. A clutch hub disk 14a is extended along a partition wall 26 to set a clutch lubricating liquid passage 29, and this liquid passage 29 is opened (17b) to operating liquid passages 1a, 17a reaching the cancel chamber 27. Operating liquid to the cancel chamber 27 is thereby branched partially to lubricate clutch friction plates 21, 22. The lubricating liquid is supplied between the clutch friction plates 21, 22 from the inner peripheral side of a clutch hub 14 via a through hole 14c.
