To provide a wet waste drying apparatus capable of treating a wet waste without exhaling malodor outside by heating the wet waste placed in a treatment tank, and removing and drying the moisture content by allowing a circulating low humidity air to absorb/cool the generated steam.

This apparatus is constituted of an air supply system pipe 1, a treatment tank 2 to place the wet waste, a cooler 3 to cool the low humidity air, a low temperature air pipe system 6, a hot water circulation system 5 to heat the outer surface 28a of the treatment tank 2, a cooling tower 61 to cool a cooling water, and the like. Thus, the apparatus is able to regenerate garbage as a feed since the moisture content of the wet waste can be decreased by utilizing a difference in the relative humidity of the circulating air and, therefore, the drying treatment of the wet waste can be conducted at a relatively not high temperature of the heating temperature such as 80-90°C. Also, as the apparatus uses a treatment system which circulates air, there is no outside exhalation of malodor which causes a problem in the conventional drying treatment apparatus.
