Abstract:
To provide a wheel cover of a handcart, which can prevent bacteria from a harmful substance or a contaminated substance carried into a house by a wheel of the handcart such as a baby carriage or a bogie from growing.
The wheel cover of the handcart is provided with a protection cover formed of an outside body (1) of a ring shape which is hollow inside. The protection cover is provided with at least a lateral opening (3), and means (4, 5, 6 and 7) to expand the opening (3) for attaching and detaching the protection cover to the wheel (2) and to contract the opening (3) for stably setting the protection cover on the wheel (2).
