To provide a wheel independent suspension device which is excellent in the sound/vibration performance and capable of enhancing the degree of versatility of the layout while having a structure capable of saving a space under a vehicular floor.
In the wheel independent suspension device, a guide means comprising a guide cylinder 1 and a guide member 2 guided in the axial direction by the guide cylinder 1 is arranged so that the axial direction is substantially the vertical direction of a vehicle, the guide cylinder 1 is attached to a vehicle body, and an axle member 3 to rotatably support a wheel W is connected to the guide member 2. The guide cylinder 1 is coaxially provided on one end of the cylinder 4 forming a shock absorber, a cylindrical body 5 comprising a cylinder 4 and the guide cylinder 1 which are integrated with each other is fixed to the vehicle body, and a rod 6 of the shock absorber protruded from one end of the cylinder 4 in a freely drawing manner is coupled with the guide member 2 of the guide means. The axle member 3 and the guide member 2 are connected to each other via a connection member 8 slidably penetrating in an axial direction slit 7 formed in the guide cylinder 1.
