A wheel interference prevention device for a food serving handcart is composed of a wheel deflecting plate piece 20 attached on the floor face of a storage space of the food serving handcart having swivel wheels, whose roller shaft is deviated from the turning axis and, provided with a deflecting end edge 22 which abuts on the swivel wheels of the serving handcart in the storage position in the depth in the going-in/out direction of the serving handcart, and the angle of the deflection end edge direction is appropriately deflected inward to the center in the width direction of the serving handcart.
