Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the height of a device itself and to pay attention to safety for injury.
SOLUTION: A stay 2 is erected on a base 1, and upper and lower arms are vertically movably at the stay 2. A lower arm 5 is coupled to a rod 4a along which a cylinder 4 for drive is elected. A wore 7 is stretched in a loop- form manner around pulleys 6 pivotally supported at the upper and lower end parts of the stay 2, and a lower arm 5 is coupled to the wire 7.
