To improve working efficiency by allowing easy movement of a wheel, in particular a rear wheel, of a motorcycle or others.
A frame 20 is set to make a rotating roller 32 abut on the rear wheel 14 of the motorcycle and casters 50 are fixed thereto. A push-in device 60 is mounted thereon and a pedal 80 is footed toward an arrowmark F2, and then a rotating shaft 62, a flange 64 and an extension 66 are rotated and a shaft 74 of the push-in roller 72 provided at the end of a connection arm 70 is moved in a groove 26 toward an arrowmark F3 in proportion to the rotation thereof until it abuts on the rear wheel 14. By further footing the pedal 80, the push-in roller 72 forces the rear wheel 14 to be pushed against the rotating roller 32 and then to float from an installation plane 16. In this condition, the rear wheel 14 is fixed with a stopper 40 and the casters 50 are unlocked, and then the rear wheel 14 supported by a truck 10 is moved to any position.
