Abstract:
To identify data transmitted from each wheel position by only providing a single receiver on a vehicle body side.
IC tags 32 are arranged on vehicle body sides near respective wheels and record information regarding mounting positions of the wheels. A tag reader 34 acquires the mounting position information from the IC tags 32. An air pressure sensor 38 detects pressure in a tire air chamber. A wheel-side device 40 transmits the mounting position information and the air pressure as wheel data to the vehicle body side. A receiver on the vehicle body side receives the wheel data transmitted from each wheel, refers to the mounting position information included in the wheel data, and acquires state amounts of the respective wheels.
