To provide a low-cost structure capable of reducing the weight of a disk brake, improving its performance, and sufficiently securing its durability.
A fitting flange 13 is formed with fitting holes 24 in its circumferential direction and the intermediate parts of studs 24 are press-fitted and fixed in the respective fitting holes 24. Nuts are screwed around and fastened to male screw parts provided in parts projecting from the outside surface of the rotation side flange 13 in the tip half parts of the respective studs 9a so that a wheel is fixed to the outside surface of the rotation side flange 13. The part projecting from the inside surface of the fitting flange 13 in a part toward the base end of each stud 9a and respective first and second spacers 30 and 31 externally fitted thereto support the carbon-carbon composite rotor 2a to the fitting flange 13 in such a state as allowing a slight deformation in the axial direction.
