CONSTITUTION: A rolled aluminum alloy material is cylindrically bent and both ends thereof are welded together other. Then, a rim 2 is integrally molded into a specified rim form by a drawing work. Next, the inner peripheral surface of the rim 2 is machined so that an annular surface 4a makes surface contact with the outer peripheral end face 5a of a disk 3. Then, both members are welded to each other so that the annular surface 4a makes surface contact with the outer peripheral end face 5a of the disk 3.
