Abstract:
To make it light and handy and possible to carry a victim easily with one person by mounting a hammock seat and a frame to a no-puncture single wheel.
A frame is mounted on a no-puncture single wheel 9 and a hammock seat 7 is supported with a lifting belt 5 for the hammock seat against the frame. A seat plate 10 is mounted to make it possible for a victim to sit down. A step board 8 is set on the frame. The frame is collapsible with a folding hinge 6 and lockable with a folding lock 4. And a shoulder belt 1 is mounted with a shoulder belt hook 2 to be used for carrying the wheelchair on which the victim is ridden. Thus it is possible to do one-to-one salvaging.
