Seats 53A and 53B facing to each other are provided at the side edges of a passage 51 provided in a microbus W, a footrest 62 turnable from an approximately horizontal attitude to a rising direction is provided on the lower side of the seat 53A. The lower side of this footrest 62 serves as a storage space for a wheel receiving member 21 for holding a wheelchair 10. The wheel receiving member 21 can be turned within a horizontal plane while supporting its fixed end side within this storage space and can be freely displaced between a storage position to be stored within the storage space and a regulation position to be extended to the side of the passage 51 for holding the wheelchair 10. Therefore, since the passage 51 is opened when the wheel receiving member 21 is moved to the storage position, the passenger walking on the passage is not disturbed by the wheel receiving member 21.
