PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a helper able to cope with the emergency condition change of a person to be helped by exchanging and using a suspension frame means and a cross frame on front and back sides and turning a front side suspension frame to a foot part bed for constituting a part of a simple bed at the time of change to the simple bed by turning an auxiliary table by the suspension frame. SOLUTION: In the case of changing this wheelchair to a simple bed function, the tip parts of the suspension frames 1 and 2 are turned to a floor surface, a division plate 5 is fixed and the auxiliary table 9 of the suspension frame 1 on the front side is turned and turned into the foot part bed of the bed. At the time, an extension plate 18 is supported between a back plate part 13 and a leg pipe 37. A supporting metal fitting 51 fitted to the width center tip part of the suspension frame 1 on the front side adjusts and fixes the division plate 5 at a height matched with a connection metal fitting locked to the rear carrier of a bicycle. Also, the supporting metal fitting for fixing a seat 26 to a backrest 19 is made to support one piece of a hinge metal fitting 25 in the case that the back rest 19 is made to be along the horizontal part of the suspension frame 2 whose tip part is turned to the floor surface for the simple bed.
