PURPOSE: To obtain the subject fiber, requiring no finishing by dyeing, scarcely receiving soil redeposition by washing and consisting of a fiber-forming polymer containing a fluorescent whitening agent as a sheath component and a specified structural composition composed of a polyalkylene oxides-containing block copolymer, etc., as a core component.
CONSTITUTION: A fiber-forming polymer (A) mixed with a fluorescent whitening agent (D), a polyalkylene oxides component-containing block copolymer (B) containing polyalkylene oxides and another polymer (C) are respectively charged from introduction holes 11, 12 and 13 of a top cap 1. The component (B) is extruded as fine linear flows from plural discharge holes 14 into a flow of a component (C) in a passage 21 for composite flow, subsequently led to the top of a static blender 22, introduced through a passage 23 to an introduction hole 31 of a spinneret plate 3 and subjected to conjugate spinning together with the component (A) containing the component (D) to provide the aimed fiber consisting of the component (A) containing the component (D) as a sheath component and a composition composed of the composition (C) blended with the component (D) in the form of plural belts or a network shape continuing in the direction of fiber axis as a core component.
