Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a film having a high optical density and excellent hiding power, impact resistance and steam-barrier, properties.
CONSTITUTION: The title film is made from 55-93wt.% crystalline polypropylene, 5-30wt.% hydrogenated ring-opening dicyclopentadiene polymer having a glass transition point of 80°C or above, and 2-15wt.% polyolefin resin of a melting temperature of 150°C or below, and the cross section of the film exhibits a structure which has a void layer in which the dicyclopentadiene polymer forms cores.
