Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform the optimum grinding in response to the condition of a work by specifying a work detector group corresponding to a breadth of an area, where grinding is not required, and specifying a starting point and an end point of a longitudinal length, and controlling an operating device so that a pushing member thereof is not to be operated when the predetermined area of the work comes to the operating device.
CONSTITUTION: A central control device CPU is provided with a lateral direction input means X for specifying work detector groups Sx-Sx+n corresponding to a breadth of a predetermined area α, where grinding is not required, and a longitudinal direction input device Y for specifying a count value c1 of a starting point of a longitudinal length of the predetermined area α from an edge of the work and for specifying a count value c2 of an end point of the longitudinal length from the starting point of the longitudinal width. A cross direction line data D is inputted from a counter C, but when a count value achieves the count value c1 on the basis of the counting from the arrival of a front edge of a work W to just under the operating device, the CPU outputs an interruption command. Then, solenoid valves V1, V2 corresponding to the work detector groups Sx-Sx+n are switched to cut an air cylinder 22 from a low pressure air source P1 and a high pressure air source P2, and a pushing member 18 is positioned at an upper sidetrack position.
