PURPOSE: To provide a will transmitting device for vehicle which can transmit a will to a car running in the opposite direction adequately, without giving an influence to the function of an inner mirror.

CONSTITUTION: A transfer lamp 14 and a front stop lamp 16 to compose a will transmitting device 10 for vehicle are provided at a space part formed between a sun visor 18 and a windshield 20 when the sun visor 18 near the crossing part of the windshield 20 and a roof panel 21 is provided to the windshield 20 side. In this case, the transfer lamp 14 is arranged at the right side of the car of an inner mirror, while the front stop lamp 16 is arranged at the left side of the car. Since the transfer lamp 14 and the front stop lamp 16 are provided at the side of the inner mirror, the light for will transmitting purpose can be radiated toward the adequate direction, without reducing the function of the inner mirror (such as the angle regulating scope and the operating property) at all.
