To provide a wind power generating apparatus which enables the reduction of the number of components.

This wind power generating apparatus comprises a generator stator whose outer circumference part is practically circular, a generator rotor whose inner circumference part is practically circular and a plurality of blades to which wind power is applied to turn the generator rotor. A plurality of coils are provided on the outer circumference part of the generator stator and the concentric lines of the plurality of coils are directed toward the center of the outer circumference part of the generator stator. The inner circumference part of the generator rotor faces the outer circumference part of a fixing member and the generator rotor is attached rotatably to the generator stator with the rotary shaft of the generator rotor as the center of rotation. A plurality of magnetic field generating elements are provided on the inner circumference part of the generator rotor and directions of magnetic flux densities generated by the two adjacent magnetic field generating elements are practically perpendicular to the concentric lines of the plurality of coils and opposite to each other. The generator stator outputs an AC power which is induced in the plurality of coils by the rotation of the generator rotor around the outer circumference of the generator stator.
