Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to a wind mill and a generator at high wind time.
SOLUTION: A wind control cylinder 5 opening the central part of an external peripheral surface is installed toward a vertical direction in an upper end of a support tower 1, a plurality of opening/closing shutters 4 linked to a suitable opening/closing means and so as to move in a direction closing the opening surface 3 when a wind speed exceeds a predetermined value are provided in a circumferential direction with a prescribed space apart in the opening surface 3, and a generating unit 6 comprising a wind guide cylinder 15 having a wind mill 19 in the inside and a generator 20 driven by the wind mill 19 is provided to freely turn around the vertical shaft so as to make an axial line of the wind guide cylinder 15 and the wind mill 19 face the center of the opening surface 3 in a central part in the wind control cylinder 5.
