Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress power generation output fluctuation of a specified period generated by the action of wind power deviation within a plane of rotation of the windmill to each blade of a windmill. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a wind velocity meter 1b, and a stabilization control device 2. The control device 2 suppresses power generation output fluctuation H of the specified period T generated by applying wind power deviation within the plane of rotation of the windmill 1 to each blade of the windmill 1, is provided with a frequency analyzing part 5a for analyzing frequency components of output fluctuation contained in a power generation output a of the windmill 1, calculates an estimated value I of amplitude V of power generation output fluctuation H of the specified period T outputted from the frequency analyzing part 5a by applying the power generation output fluctuation H and wind velocity c outputted from the wind velocity meter 1b to a power generation characteristic C showing a relation of wind power f and the power generation output a and a correlation S of the power generation output a and the amplitude V of the power generation output fluctuation H of the specified period T, and suppresses the power generation output fluctuation H of the specified period T based on the estimated value i.
