The skate board body (2) attached with wheels (3) on its back, runs by setting a fan (5) to be rotated by a compact engine (4) on the surface at the opposite side of the running direction of the skate board body (2), and letting the wind occurred by the fan (5) blow out to its rear. A flexible skirt (9) without ventilation is vertically installed from the margin of the skate board (9) in order to guide a part of wind occurred by the fan (5) through a duct (8) to the back surface of the skate board (2) to blow out.
