Abstract:
To provide a blade for a wind turbine for wind power generation capable of suppressing increase of a product mass and increase of cost of manufacturing while improving water proofness, weather resistance and abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: A blade 1 for a wind turbine for wind power generation comprises a blade body 2 and a blade surface layer 3 covering a surface of the blade body 2, and the blade surface layer 3 is constituted of a diallyl phthalate resin layer. Specifically, the blade surface layer is constituted as any one of following methods. Namely, a non-cured resin and a diallyl phthalate resin molding material to be the blade body or a blade skin 2a of the blade body are cured and reacted within the same molding die and the blade surface layer 3 that is the diallyl phthalate resin layer is formed on the surface of the blade body or the blade skin 2 of the blade body. Otherwise, a molded compact that is the blade body 2 or the blade skin 2a thereof and the diallyl phthalate resin molding material are cured and reacted within the same die, and the blade surface layer 3 of the diallyl phthalate resin layer is formed on the blade surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
