To provide a windable holder which is easily carried and stored by decorating it like a picture frame or winding it in a tube form.

The windable holder is provided in which a holder body is formed by folding one end of a windable sheet material and mounting a pressure foot thereon, a cover covering the holder body by fixing its side and having a size insertable under the pressure foot is mounted on the other side opposite to the pressure foot of the holder body, and a winding state maintaining means for winding the holder body with the cover in a tube form and maintaining the winding state is mounted on the holder body with the cover, thereby forming a windable holder. Such windable holder can be decorated or stored by holding calligraphic works and paintings, or diplomas between the holder body and the cover.
