Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time of winding work by advancing/retracting a movable frame through a slide mechanism carried on a core shaft tube with a fixing frame secured thereto as a guide and loosening a capacitor element and removing from a rotary part thereby automating the loosening work of a winding element.
SOLUTION: A solenoid valve 20 is operated to widen movable frames 7a, 7b in the outer circumferential direction such that a composite rotary part 1 becomes tubular. After a material is fed from a material roll and secured to a fixing frame piece by means of a fixing tool, a drive source 14 is driven to turn the composite rotary part 1 through a coupling 15 and a spindle 10. A specified quantity of material 13 is then wound in a tubular shape to wind up a capacitor element before stopping the drive source 14. Finally, the wound up capacitor element is removed from the composite rotary part 1, by operating the solenoid valve 20 to move the movable frames 7a, 7b inward thereby sagging the capacitor element.
