Abstract:
To stabilize operation by keeping tension of a seat member within a predetermined range, even if a coil diameter of an unwinder is unknown.SOLUTION: A winder control system according to one embodiment determines whether or not a correction amount corresponding to an operation amount for an unwinder calculated by PI control based on a deviation between tension detected by a tension detecting part and a tension reference value is equal to a predetermined value or more; determines whether or not the unwinder is accelerated or decelerated, when determining that the correction amount is equal to the predetermined value or more; makes up for the correction amount by integral control so that the amount can correspond to change in coil diameter of the unwinder, on the basis of an acceleration/deceleration rate of the unwinder, when an acceleration/deceleration determining part determines that the unwinder is accelerated and decelerated; and makes up for the correction amount by integral control so that the amount can corresponds to change in coil diameter of the unwinder, on the basis of tension detected by the tension detecting part, when the acceleration/deceleration determining part determines that the unwinder is not accelerated nor decelerated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
