To provide a winder unit enabling a knitted fabric unraveling operation to be conducted automatically through the mechanism of controlling the revolving rate of a winder by the aid of a magnet and evenly tensioning a plurality of yarns unraveled from a knitted fabric, and also capable of preventing occurrence of overwinding on one end side of the winder.
This winder unit comprises a winder of cylindrical form with a frame- like shell through suspendedly bridging a plurality of crosspiece frames between a pair of rotating wheels and provided with a rolling bearing on the inner wall surface of a boss of each of the rotating wheels, and a control panel so designed that respective magnets with the same kind of magnetism are embeddedly set on the surfaces facing each other to a stationary panel having a central axial hole and set with screws penetrating from the circumferential surface to the central axial hole and a pressure panel provided with a rolling bearing at the central axial hole, and these stationary panel and the pressure panel are assembled together via a connective rod so as to enable the distance therebetween to be arbitrarily set and preserved, wherein one end side of the crosspiece frames is provided with an enlarged part with a specified gradient and one die of the cylindrical shell is provided with a trumpet-shaped rebore part.
