Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for suppressing variation in degree of adhesion of a wound medium.SOLUTION: A winder including winding means for winding a medium discharged from an external device is equipped with: tensile force application means which is rotatably supported, and of which a free end part is brought into contact with the medium wound by the winding means so as to apply a tensile force onto the medium; a detection part for detecting a rotation amount of the tensile force application means; an adjustment part for changing a tensile force which is applied onto the medium by the tensile force application means; and a control part which adjusts the tensile force applied onto the medium by the adjustment part on the basis of the rotation amount of the tensile force application means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
