Abstract:
To provide a winding core mechanism that is easy to detach a winding roll, not required to sort a winding core and low in operation cost.SOLUTION: A winding core mechanism 1 constitutes a rotation axis of a winding roll 3 in a surface-drive type slit piece winding device 2 that presses a rotary drive shaft 5 against an outer peripheral surface of the winding roll 3, rolls up a winding object 7 and forms the winding roll 3. The winding core mechanism 1 comprises a plurality of or three core members 10, 11, 12 that contact an inner peripheral surface of an inner peripheral part of the winding roll 3 in order to roll up the winding object 7 and form the winding roll 3, a core-member moving part 20 that moves the three core members 10, 11, 12 from inner toward outer so that the three core members 10, 11, 12 can be pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the winding roll 3 under a prescribed pressure and moves the three core members 10, 11, 12 from outer toward inner so that the three core members 10, 11, 12 can be separated from the inner peripheral surface of the winding roll 3, and an operation part 30 that makes the core-member moving part 20 operable by a user's operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
