Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the running position and width of a continuous fiber bundle by providing a pair of conical guides whose axises are in an arrangement twisted mutually in space and a parallel guide whose axis is nearly parallel with a bobbin.
SOLUTION: A pair of conical guides 43, 44 are arranged on a frame 41 so that their axises are in an arrangement twisted mutually in nearly perpendicurally in space. Further, two cylindrical guides 47, 48 having an axis parallel with the axis of the conical guide 44 are arranged. A guide piece 55 is installed on the back side of the frame 41 and engaged slidably on the frame guide 58. An engaging projection 63 projected on the back surface side is provided on the lower end side and engaged with a traverse mechanism 57. Thereby, the frame 41 is reciprocated across the entire length of the axis direction of the bobbin 36 along the frame guide 58. By above constitution, a carbon fiber bundle is wound to the bobbin 36 with a constant width, without the shift on a running position, twisting and turning over.
