To provide a winding device for a laminated plate material capable of making a charged roll itself prevent the generation of a wrinkle in the laminated plate material and providing a function for winding with winding positions aligned.
The winding device winds a plurality of laminated plate materials including an insulated rolled laminated plate material 1 including an adhesive layer and rolled laminated plate materials 2, 3 being conductors by overlapping them like a roll in advance. The winding device is provided with a winding roll 7 which starts the rewinding of each rolled laminated plate material 1-3 set on setting shafts 4-6 and winds the rolled laminated plate materials by overlapping them on the same shaft like a roll. The winding device is further provided with an electrostatically charged roll 10 arranged between the setting shaft 4 of the insulated rolled laminated plate material 1 and the winding roll 7 to charge the insulated rolled laminated plate material 1 electrostatically. A central part in the direction of the length of the electrostatically charged roll 10 is formed to be higher than the other part.
