Abstract:

To more surely prevent deformation such as rising-up or folding of a molding tab when winding an electrode sheet around a winding core.SOLUTION: Electrode sheets 4 and 5 comprise molding tabs 4b and 5b, and the molding tabs 4b and 5b pass a winding start position P3 corresponding to a position where winding of the electrode sheets 4 and 5 around a winding core 13 (14) is started, with rotation of the winding core 13 (14). A gas is blown to the molding tabs 4b and 5b located at the winding start position P3, such that a force toward the side of a rotation axis RA of the winding core 13 is applied to the molding tabs 4b and 5b. Thus, a force in an opposite direction of a direction in which rising-up or folding occurs is applied to the molding tabs 4b and 5b. Therefore, occurrence of folding, etc., in the molding tabs 4b and 5b is more surely prevented when winding the electrode sheets 4 and 5 around the winding core 13 (14).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
