To provide a winding device capable of effectively reducing changes of a stretched length at each pulley with a simple configuration and reducing load to a driver.
Provided is a winding device 1A for winding an electrode sheet 3 (belt-like member) onto winding core 2 having a non-circular axial cross-sectional shape, which is equipped with: a driver 11 having a drive pulley 10 (drive rotor); a spindle pulley 20 (spindle rotor) having an axial cross-sectional shape similar to an axial cross-sectional shape of the winding core 2; an interlocking pulley 30 (interlocking rotor) having the same axial cross-sectional shape as the axial cross-sectional shape of the spindle pulley 20; and a driving belt 50 (annular member) which is stretched over each pulley 10, 20, 30. The spindle pulley 20 and the winding core 2 rotate in an interlocked manner, and phases of rotation directions of the spindle pulley 20 and the interlocking pulley 30 are set such that an increased/decreased amount of stretched length by the rotation of the spindle pulley 20 and an increased/decreased amount of stretched length by the rotation of interlocking pulley 30 become opposite to each other.
