Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device capable of suppressing a deterioration in quality of a wound element by correcting displacement of a sheet in a width direction.SOLUTION: The winding device includes an electrode sheet feeding mechanism for feeding an electrode sheet 5 etc. to a rotator 20 and a separator feeding mechanism for feeding the separator sheet to the rotator 20. The respective sheets conveyed by the respective sheet feeding mechanisms are wound as a battery element in the state of overlapping one another on the rotator 20. The sheet feeding mechanism is equipped with a pre-winding correction mechanism 51 etc. The pre-winding correction mechanism 51 includes an edge sensor 52 for detecting a width-direction position of the sheet 5 etc. and a correction portion 53 for correcting the displacement of the sheet 5 etc. in the width direction on the basis of the result of detection by the edge sensor 52 and a prestored pre-winding correction reference value. Additionally, an edge sensor 82 for detecting the width-direction position of the sheet 5 etc. is provided near the rotator 20, and the pre-winding correction reference value is corrected on the basis of the result of detection by the edge sensor 82.
