Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device which can improve productivity and prevent decrease in quality of a winding element to be obtained.SOLUTION: In a winding device, when each type of sheets 2-5 are wound for a certain amount to a core 13 at a winding position P1, the core 13 moves to a removal position P2 while a core 14 moves to the winding position P1, and each type of the sheets 2-5 are inserted through a slit of the core 14. Then, when perforations 150 which serves as a separation between terminal ends 4e and 5e of electrode sheets 4 and 5 obtained by continuing the winding operation by the core 13 and start ends 4f and 5f of the electrode sheets 4 and 5 to be wound by the core 14 next are guided into the slit of the core 14, the winding operation by the core 13 stops temporarily, and the electrode sheets 4 and 5 are held by gripping means of a feeding mechanism. Then, by continuing the winding operation by the core 13 while the electrode sheets 4 and 5 are held, the electrode sheets 4 and 5 are cut at the perforations 150 with the winding force thereof.
