To prevent loosening of a wire member accompanying with nozzle action, and smooth supply of the wire rod in a winding device to supply the wire rod from a wire rod supply part through a tensioner to a nozzle.

A wire rod W from a wire rod supply part is supplied through a tensioner 100 and a wire rod introducing mechanism 120 to a nozzle unit 200. The wire rod introducing mechanism 120 comprises a link line 120A in which a number of links 130 are connected to each other by connection shafts 140 in the condition where their rotation range is regulated, and a number of guide rollers 150 provided on the respective connection shafts 140 of the link line 120A, and the wire rod W from the tensioner 100 is stretched on each guide roller 150 to be introduced to the nozzle unit 200. Based on action of the nozzle unit 200, the link line 120A follows it to prevent loosening of the wire rod W. Otherwise, a passage for the wire rod W is provided on an arm of a horizontal articulated robot for preventing loosening of the wire rod W.
