PURPOSE: To make it possible to wind a wire regularly in every layer and easily remove the wound wire from a bobbin by forming a step in proximity to the base of the bobbin and tapering the circumferential surface of the bobbin.
CONSTITUTION: A guiding member 55 is formed on a winding jig 55, and a small step is formed at the end of the second side plate 51a of the bobbin section 52a in a coil formation space S. Thus the first turn of a wire is wound around the guiding member 55 in the second layer of winding, which does not cause great disorder in the second and subsequent layers of the winding. In addition, the circumferential surface T of the bobbin section 52a is tapered. Thus force toward the first side plate 50a is exerted on the first layer winding on the bobbin section 52a. This winds the wire tight at an exact pitch and prevents irregular winding in the second and subsequent layers. Further, the obtained coil C is easily removed from the bobbin section 52a only by moving a second block 51 from a third block 52 toward the coil C side using small force.
