Abstract:
To appropriately cause a cardboard cylinder winding a roll-shaped medium to rotate.SOLUTION: A winding reinforcement tool 100 includes a cylindrical portion 81 inserted into an end portion of a cylindrical cardboard cylinder 60 that winds a roll-shaped medium 5a. In a printer 10 including a winding support member 70 capable of rotating around a center axis A1 of the cylindrical portion 81, the winding reinforcement tool is attached to the winding support member 70. The winding reinforcement tool 100 includes: biting portions 111, 112 that are provided in a plate-shaped member interposed between the cylindrical portion 81 and the cardboard cylinder 60 and bit into an inner circumference surface of the cardboard cylinder 60; and transmission means that transmits torque at the time of rotation of the winding support member 70 to the biting portions 111, 112.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8A
