Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding shaft, and a method of inserting the winding shaft to a winding device, capable of overcoming defects in a conventional technology, and providing higher flexibility in winding a material web.SOLUTION: In a winding shaft (1) including a winding portion, and shaft journals (11) disposed on end portions of the winding portion, and configured to be inserted into a winding device, the winding portion is composed of a winding sleeve (10) opened at end faces, and the shaft journals (11) respectively have one inserting part (110) having clamping means, so that by the inserting parts (110), the shaft journals (11) are configured to be capable of inserting into the winding sleeve (10) at the end faces thereof, detachably clamped to the winding sleeve (10), and form the winding shaft (1) in cooperation with these. This invention also discloses a method for inserting the winding shaft (1) into the winding device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
