PURPOSE: To improve workability by pulling out a tape in the opposite direction to the flow direction of a cable and setting the tape in the flow direction of the cable through a final guide roller fixed onto a disc, by adjusting the tape winding angle through a guide roller.

CONSTITUTION: A tape 15 driven out from a tape pat 11 passes through the guide roller 18 of the second disc 17 and then passes through a guide roller 20 inclined by a certain angle half divided of a tape winding angle with respect to a cable 19, and then passes through a guide roller 21 in the vicinity of a winding point parallel to the guide roller 20 and reaches a final guide roller 22 which can directly adjust the winding angle onto the cable 19, then is wound onto the cable 19 in U-turn form so as to be set in the same direction to the cable 19. Only one among a number of preparatory parts 28 set onto the preparatory pat shaft 29 of a slide stand 31 can be easily installed at the position of the tape pat 11 through the parallel shift in a short distance, released from a stopper 30.
