Abstract:
The invention provides a winding unit which continuously forms a workpiece group in a tape pasting device and discards a wound protective film. The winding unit (5) is provided with winding parts (50A, 50B) which are arranged in an opposite manner and are provided with holding parts (500) for holding the strip-shaped protective film (21); rotating mechanisms (51A, 51B) for rotating the winding part; and advancing and retreating members (52A, 52B). One winding part is close to or far away from the other winding part; when the film is reeled, the film can be reeled; the film (21) is held by theholding part. The rotating mechanisms (51A, 51B) rotate the winding part to wind the film (21). When the film (21) to be wound is discarded, the film (21) is released by the gripping parts (500), andthe film (21) is removed and discarded by moving the winding parts (50A, 50B) away by advancing and retreating members (52A, 52B) in such a manner that the distance between the winding parts (50A, 50B) becomes larger than the width of the film (21).
