Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically supply a winding-up core through a simple constitution and reduce the cost, by shifting respective pairs of winding-up arms by an actuator and adjusting the distance thereof to shift respective pairs of end holders and adjust the distance thereof as well.
CONSTITUTION: Both ends of a winding-up core 5 are fixed to respective pairs of end holders 11, between respective pairs of winding-up arms 3 and the winding-up core 5 can be supported by the end holder 1. The swing part 9 of the winding-up arm 3 is moved by the actuator 12 after winding-up of a continuous web 1 and the chuck mechanism 4 is shifted to the position of end holder 11 and then the winding-up core 5 of the end holder 11 is chucked by the chuck mechanism 4. Thereafter, the swing part 9 of the winding-up arm 3 is returned to the original position. In this way, the winding-up core 5 can be supplied. Thereafter, the chuck mechanism 4 and the winding-up core 5 are driven and rotated by a driving motor 6 and the continuous web 1 is wound up on the winding-up core 5.
