Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly carry out threading and change over of winding in a winder of type driving together with spindle and roller bail.
SOLUTION: In a method for winding a yarn, comprising winding a yarn Y round a package formed on bobbins 6a and 6b attached to spindles 5a and 5b driven by a motor while bringing a roller bail 8 driven by a motor into contact with the package under pressure and changing a spindle on winding side to a spindle on waiting side, yarn is wound round the bobbin on the spindle while keeping speed of the spindle on winding side to low speed V1 in threading and the speed of the spindle on winding side is increased to high speed V2 and after increasing the speed, the yarn is re-wound round a bobbin on the turreted spindle on waiting side and rotation speed of the roller bail is set to each value at low speed V1, in increasing speed from the low speed V1 to high speed V2 or at a high speed V2.
