Abstract:
To provide a window device with improved fireproof performance.SOLUTION: In a window device comprising a window frame which is composed of an upper frame 2, a lower frame 3 and left and right vertical frames and forms a window opening, and a plurality of shojis 1 which are vertically connected to the window frame and open and close the window opening, when the window opening is fully closed, an upper frame 6 of the highest shoji 1 is closely attached to the upper frame 2, a lower frame 7 of the lowest shoji 1 is closely attached to the lower frame 3, the lower frame 7 of the shoji 1 located on the upper side and the upper frame 6 of the shoji 1 located on the lower side are in close contact with each other to form a meeting part A, and at least one of the lower stile 7 and the upper stile 6 forming the meeting part A is provided with a reinforcing member 64 extending in a width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
