Abstract:
To ensure superior shock resistance and weather resistance and obtain an easy operativity while improving visibility of the outside of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A window opening/closing mechanism 50 according to the invention opens/closes an opening 23 on an exterior surface of a vehicle body with a window, the window opening/closing mechanism having: an opening/closing operation member for rotating the window between a closed position situated outside of the opening of the vehicle and an opened position to retract from outside of the opening of the vehicle; and a shaft feed operation member fixed to the shaft feed member inside of the vehicle for moving a rotation shaft and the window to which the rotation shaft is fixed in a shaft direction of the rotation shaft between a first position for allowing pressure-welding of a seal material arranged at the surface opposite to the exterior surface of the vehicle of the window and along an outer peripheral rim of the window and deforming the seal material and a second position for releasing the pressure-welding of the seal member to the vehicle when the shaft feed member is rotated in forward/reverse direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
