Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain excellent drainage and lower the manufacturing cost.
CONSTITUTION: A lip 3 at a top side and a lateral side of a molding body 1a corresponding to a top edge and a lateral edge of a rear window panel 7 is formed as a first lip 3a for forming a drip section 4 between the lip and a body panel. A lip 3 at the bottom side of the molding body 1a corresponding to the bottom edge of the rear window panel 7 is formed as a second lip 3b extending downwardly along the face of the body panel. The first lip 3a and the second lip 3b are molded by extrusion molding by using a shielding plate. Thereafter, the first lip 3a and the second lip 3b are molded continuously by reforming them.
