Abstract:
PURPOSE:To form a groove in simple manners by forming a plurality of projecting stripes covering the outer peripheral part of a window plate onto a molding body and embedding a core member and forming a groove between the window plate in a side part by plastic-deforming the core member. CONSTITUTION:A window molding 4 is formed into longitudinal strip form by embedding a core member 22 by using synthetic resin, etc. An installation leg 13 is extended from the molding body 4a covering the gap S between a window plate 2 and a chassis panel 7, and inserted inside the gap S. Further, the projecting strips 4b and 4c are formed on the both sides of the installation leg 13 on the molding body 4a, and a decoration part 23 exposed onto the outer surface is formed on the upper part of the core member 22 and a turned- back part 24 is formed in the intermediate part. Therefore, the core member 22 is plastic-deformed, and a groove 8 is formed between the window plate 2 in a side part 6. Therefore, the groove 8 can be formed surely in simple manners.
